Welcome
Hi, I'm Kate Graham
Hello and welcome to my website. I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Author and Supervisor, accredited by UKCP. I offer individual therapy and supervision on an individual basis and to small groups.
Can I help you?
I imagine you are looking at this site because you are finding that life, for whatever reason, is difficult in some way.
These are challenging times we live in, and for those of us who have had difficult experiences on our lives or who are highly sensitive for whatever reason, it is especially so.
I am interested in working with people who are seeking to rebuild their lives after major life changes, whether bereavement, divorce, children leaving home, ageing, diagnosis of neurodivergence and other major life transitions. You may be wondering who you are now, what shape you inhabit.
You may be feeling lonely or lost, questioning what your purpose in life is now or how to find value in yourself. Some people find it helpful to review their lives to make the most of their remaining years. If you feel overwhelmed by the global crises emerging around us, talking about this won't solve any of the issues, but it may help you to find your way through this.
I welcome worriers, activists and clergy of any faith and all those striving to make the world a better place in whatever way they find.
My practice is based in Ilkley, and is easy to reach by train and road from Leeds, Bradford, York, Bingley, Guiseley, Saltaire, Menston, Skipton, Harrogate and much of West Yorkshire. I am registered with UKCP, a member of SCPTI and am bound by their code of ethics, and hold professional insurance.

Let’s Talk
Coping with life can be tough. Particularly at the moment when all our preconceptions about what and where is safe are being so sorely challenged. Worries can turn into fully fledged anxiety, and sadness and loss start to seem entrenched. If hope is starting to disappear, or you are feeling completely stuck, it is time to talk to someone.
